Cancellations and Rescheduling

At Organic Nail, we operate by appointment only, and your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request that you review our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Please cancel your appointment online or by phone at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.

"No Shows" and "Same Day Cancellations" will also result in 100% of the service fee being charged. Clients who "No Show" twice will be required to prepay for all future appointments.

We understand that it’s easy to forget appointments made well in advance. To help you remember, we send out email confirmations 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may reduce the time available for your service, affecting both the quality of the treatment and your experience. We appreciate your punctuality. If you’re running late, please call or text us.

  • If you are less than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened to fit within the remaining time.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or modify your appointment. In either case, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Changing Service Type


If you wish to change or downgrade the service you booked, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Without notice, you will still be charged for the originally booked service.

For instance, if you booked an "Add-On French Manicure" but decided to go with a single color instead, you will be charged the higher amount. This also applies if a downgrade is required due to late arrival.

Nail Repairs and Fixes

If any damage occurs to your manicure, please contact us within 5 days of your initial service for a complimentary repair. This excludes any nail breaks that require an extension, which will be charged at full price. Any damage reported after 5 days will be repaired at the standard service cost.
